Throughout his career, John has dedicated his expertise to organizations such as the YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Greenville University, and Northwest University, demonstrating a deep-seated commitment to community impact and development. Currently, John serves as Founder & CEO of Fractional CXO who helps coach organizations in developing sustainable high-leverage, high-return fundraising programs that are strategic, growth-oriented, and donor-focused. His simple yet systematic approach is highly effective in virtually any size market and for any size institution.

John earned his B.A. in Education & Ministry from Greenville University, a testament to his academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning. Beyond his professional pursuits, John finds fulfillment in various interests. A golf enthusiast, avid traveler, and devoted family man, he cherishes moments spent with his wife Meredith, with whom he has shared 20 years of marriage. Together, they are proud parents to four wonderful children: John (18), Morgan (16), Kendall (11), and Ace (10).
